In the PW Group, in-house training and development are a part of everyday life. Both Umarex and Carl Walther create a large number of trainee positions each year.

Trainees are integrated in work processes from the very first day and get to experience a variety of production areas. In this way the members of the PW Group give young people promising opportunities for advancement and open the door to dialog and fresh ideas.

Practical training for employees and customers.

The PW Group offers regular training to its employees to help them keep abreast of new products and technologies. Bright, friendly and well-equipped training facilities are provided to give employees hands-on experience in a wide range of areas.

Thanks to this regular training, field representatives can carry out their work effectively. In addition, partners and customers are invited to receive training on products and technology at the Umarex Academy and the Carl Walther Academy.
