Walther PL71r Dirty Desert

The Walther PL71r is dedicated to adventurers whose equipment must be reliable for all challenges, from short trips to ambitious expeditions. In the Dirty Desert special paint job, the successful model says goodbye to the all-black tone and awaits new journeys with new tasks.

The Walther PL71r delivers impressive power plus programmable functions. The beam, with a maximum output of 2000 lumens, can be adjusted by means of a lockable sliding focus. The easy user interface with 6 pre-selects helps you adapt to any situation. There are four brightness levels (100%, 40%, 10%, moon mode). In moon mode the flashlight generates a low 10-lumen beam, ideal for reading in a tent, for example. When you’re in moon mode or at 10%, a double click activates the boost-on-demand mode, which takes you right up to a bright 1000 lumens. In addition to the Tactical Defense Strobe there is a beacon that flashes at 2-second intervals to draw attention.

However, the PL71r has even more to offer. The rugged housing, made of aircraft aluminum, is waterresistant (IPX4), making it a reliable companion on any adventure. The battery, with over discharge protection, can be charged directly with a USB cable (included) so that you don’t have to use additional charging cradles. A lanyard and replacement seals come as standard, as well as a 12V car plug. A hands-free holster, also supplied, can hold the flashlight in two positions and accommodates optional extra batteries.
